Where do you ship?
We bring all our products into Tucson, AZ and brought to your home and installed on site by Santos Blinds.
How long does an order take to arrive?
From the date of order the custom construction and delivery takes about 2-3 weeks. We will then schedule the installation.
What do I do if I don’t receive my order?
We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. For any reason we do not deliver your product as requested - we will rebuild the order at no cost to you.
Returns
What items are eligible for return?
Once you have decided on your color, style and quantity, we will deliver that order within 2-3 weeks. If you are not happy with the look of your blinds, we can make some changes to the design and/or add additional pieces to your order.
How much is the return shipping fee?
Returns are free. In the event that there is a re-order, some fees will be incurred.
Our Blinds are custom built to order. We will deliver and install your product as we describe in our agreement. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to you us and we will do what is necessary to facilitate that.
